No new ballets :(

I am very excited to annouce a new "Arrangements" feature of this website. Partly to help revive ballet music and because I am a lover of ballet music, I have decided to start making arrangements of it. The first one will be one I did for the Ballabile Finale from the ballet, Nicolò de' Lapi, by Paolo Giorza. I arranged it for concert band. I will be doing more concert band arrangements and possibly ones of other formats. Check out the page!

I have decided to change course for adding new ballets. Instead of posting every Jules Perrot ballet and divertisment I will instead add only ballets for which I can find a score. After adding the Perrot works for which this applies, I'll start adding different ballets as I find scores. Thanks for the understanding.

Aditions report:
23 Aug 2025 23:12
As promised the time has come where the ballets by Jules Perrot (1810-1892) will be added. They will be added little by little and once I am finished I will add a post here. His most famous works are already in the compendium however he was very prolific; this may take a while. Most of his ballets have music by Cesare Pugni (1802-1870). Their most famous collaborations are Ondine (1843), La Esmeralda (1844), Pas de Quatre (1845), and Catarina (1846). Other notable collaborations he had were with Michael Andrew Costa for Alma (1842), Adolphe Adam for La Filleule Des Fées (1849), Giacomo Panizza for Faust (1848).
